Know what to expect. but the service here made me review.

I don’t usually post a review, but this store has the worse customer service. I ordered worth $100 for doordash delivery and when i check the order, some items were missing like buffalo wings and soda. It’s a disaster to call the store as they pick up and put you on hold forever. After trying to redial so many times in order to get a live person, I was told that the lady is not allowed to give her name over the phone which I never encounter before. I asked for a manager which I was refused to speak because they are very busy at the moment. I was offered a refund credit or to re deliver in 15 mins which arrived 45 mins later. Never to order in this store again. Worse customer serviced and do not checked the items ordered before handing it to delivery person.

The worst place to go to they give you a hard time when. You ask for your order to be fixed & refund they kept hung up your calls

Absolutely worse experience have ever had. I ordered for delivery. Ordered bone in wings receiver boneless ordered a 2 liter did not receive that at all. I tried called no answer so I had to drive down there. Manger was so rude and was cursing I was just so disgusted he made it seem like I inconvenienced him, when I paid for my food and it was wrong I will blast this place on tiktok cause it’s horrible service.

There is always a problem with the delivery, food is always cold. Do something to try and keep the food warm.Get your own drivers. Then you try and call they put you on hold and don't answer.

The staff here went above and beyond to help us since online and phone ordering wasn't working
