Pizza Hut

I ordered curbside no contact. I called 5 times and no one answered the phone. I eventually just went in and got it and then person working the front register had a horrible attitude. I get home and open my wings and this is what I got.

Food was delivered very dry chicken soggy & cold like it’s been sitting for hours I placed my order right before close lastnight which door dash delivered I requested extra sauce on pizza instead the pizza was try as a brick I also purchased 4 sauce cups of ranch and didn’t receive them when ask for the food to be re made I was offered a. $10 credit which I didn’t even touch my food this location has always been problematic and needs to be shut down

I ordered online and it was delivered by DoorDash, so I don't know if Pizza Hut's employees are professional, nor do I know the atmosphere. The food was delivered hot, but a little to overdone for my liking. I was excited that everything I order was available. Two of the three previous times, they had to refund my money because they didn't have what I ordered, nor a valid substitute. The other time, I had to take a pizza that I didn't order because they were out of what I wanted, so I told the girl to give me one of the pizza that hadn't been picked up by another customer, and they could remake that pizza if the person showed up...

Do not order from pyramids village Pizza Hut they are sending delivery orders through door dash and the driver stole my food and when I called pizza hut they offered no solution told me I would have to call door dash then gave me a fake number told me they would call me back and I never heard from them. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was busy. If I wanted my food through door dash I would have ordered from door dash. Pizza hut shouldn't be automatically sending your food though door dash then not offering a solution if something happens to your food.

I order for pick up and most every time I have gone here no one is at the counter. This time after waiting five minutes, I yelled three times if anyone was there, finally someone came out and though app said my order was ready, they went in the back taking more minutes before bringing out my pizza. I’m done here and we prefer Pizza Hut.
