I'm not sure if it's due to the new, rude, old lady manager or not, but I've never received such a poorly cooked pizza from this location before & I'm a long time customer. I had my pizza delivered & it was completely unedible. The dough didn't rise at all, or it just wasn't fully cooked (except the crust). It was overly greasy, flimsy & the topings would just fall off the top. You couldn't even hold it without it falling apart. I spoke with the manager on the phone & she had a 2nd pizza made & delivered to me, but it was the same as the first one! I took both pizza's back to the restaurant so could show the manager the issues with them. She was extremely rude, condescending, & didn't want to hear my complaints saying, "I've had a long, hard, busy day. "I've worked around dough my whole life." & "Oh ya, you're a paying customer, so I guess that means you're an expert!" It's not rocket science to know if a pizza is cooked properly or not! I got my refund & left. That nasty, old hag just cost Pizza Hut a loyal customer. There are much better pizza joints that can replace them.
