By far the worst experience with Pizza Hut EVER & worst display of "management" of any restaurant period. After paying for pizza with a CC when placing the order over 2 hours ago, we still have no food or idea where the order is bc we were hung up on by management! This is a poor excuse for management (evidently a huge mistake made when that "manager" was given the position) Perfect example of someone who was given a position of power & a store/register key but should really be working at an animal shelter picking up after the bathroom breaks because she communicates more like an animal than that of a manager that has to deal with the public & have a reasonable amount of problems solving skills. Pathetic to say the least but problems like these tend to work themselves out eventually. I'm sure there's plenty more disgruntled customers to come with an incapable team & manager like this one.
Their app won’t let you make an account. No matter what I did it rejected every password I made or that my phone auto generated. Before anyone thinks I messed up, I didn’t. Their password requirements were at least one uppercase letter, at least one lowercase letter, at least one special character, at least one number, be at least 7 characters long, and no spaces. I met all of these requirements over 20 times trying to create an account and it rejected me every time because of the password, specifically. Pizza Hut just lost my business. I’m not here to play your stupid games, I just wanted to make an account and order pizza but your password requirements lied to me. Fix your app. Also, keep it all in app rather than redirecting me to a website from the app to create an account
