Great service!!!

After having repeated bad experiences at a local (Walpole locatin in Stafford) Pizza Hut I had not been in several years, but seeing all the recent commercials for the Melt made me want to give this location a try. I used their online system to place my order and drive a few mins to pick it up. The guy working the counter when I went in was very prompt, very friendly, and very helpful! He even asked if I needed sauce for my wings. He thanked me for being a customer – spot on, perfect service! Upon getting home to eat, the wings were piping hot! The hot Buffalo sauce was actually rather spicy and flavorful too! The melt was decent, but wasn’t very hot and the shell was a little too crisp/hard, but the flavors were really good. It came with marinara for dipping and that tasted great too. Overall, I was VERY IMPRESSED with this visit and I’ll definitely return!

Pizza and service was good, but didn't get exactly what I ordered, check what's in the box before you pay.

One person will make it bad for the whole company smh ‍♀️ customer service is very important in today’s society.

My first two visits were mid day around noon and the person there went above and beyond. Only two staff members were there. My last visit was in the evening, there were more staff there. I was not treated as special and valued as in the mid day. I will try to go around mid day from now on. With that other than the above and beyond the order in which they use is outstanding. Their communication during the process is also outstanding. This restaurant has outstanding service and I would continue to visit this location (Fredericksburg, Warrenton road) and refer to friends and family.
