Went to this pizza hut first of the month. They screwed up our order gave us regular breadsticks instead of cheese breadsticks. They gave us a credit on them. Fast forward a week and a half later go back down there to pick it up. The number is not in there system so they have no way of looking it up. So Christy who is in charge down there Without hesitation says go ahead and give them there order. . Christy is employee of the year. Will always go back to this pizza hut as they know how to treat there customers. Thank you Christy you have forever gained a permanent customer.

I've tried this Pizza Hut four times since I moved to Florence in the beginning of December. I live 2 miles from the location. It doesn't matter if I get it delivered, or if I go to pick it up myself...... It's never hot.

My son ordered delivery tonight and the pizza was wrong (must have been a mix up)wasn’t a big deal it’s the weekend and I’m sure they were busy. I called the store and spoke with a manager I believe by the name of Karen. She was very sweet and understanding! She took my problem into her hands and had my pizza remade and delivered back to me! Once we received it we were very satisfied! I definitely recommend this Pizza Hut on Cox Creek Blvd!

I didn't go in , I sent for my food thru a friend ? It was very good I ORDERED 2 large pizzas they was very good not over done it was picture and Deliciously PERFECT ! BIG FACTX LOL
