Pizza Hut

We have take out. Service is fast. Location is convenient. There’s a Taco Bell and a waffle house next door. It’s a no brainer - of course we pick Pizza Hut and order the pasta with garlic bread and order extra cheese. The portion has shrunk from last year as the pan is smaller. At least it’s full. The taste is good as usual. Although the portion has decreased it’s good enough for two. It’s 11.33 tax included. 5 stars.

When I ordered on line I used my rewards to order an item. It was not prepares when I arrived. When I inquired about the item I was told it didn't go through even though my points were used. No options were suggested and no apology offered. I come here once a month on average. I would expect better customer service. Or at least options for getting the item I requested.
