Pizza Hut

It's a pizza hut that makes that good greasy cheap pizza we all crave once a year.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. The tracker said my order was received, and in the oven. Two hours later, I still had not received my pizza that my credit card was charged for. Called the store and no answer. Eventually pressed one to order/modify an order and was told that only orders can be taken, not changed or canceled. Ordered Domios and had pizza 25 minutes later.

First I go in and waited 5 min to just be greeted then I paid $55 for 2 pizzas waited about a hour to go and find out that the worker canceled my order after paying it! When going back in instead of just remaking it they continue to say I cancelled it. Why would I have paid? Never again will I be ordering or stepping in there! ridiculous!

They messed up a simple order. Then the customer service for pizza hut is horrible. They basically put you on hold for 5-10min & don't resolve anything. Also this location doesn't have curbside pick up even though the website let's you select this type of delivery.

Onsite ordered the pizza and was told it will be ready in 20 mins. When went to pick up they couldn’t find my order. They offered to remake it, after 45 mins extra time waiting. They gave me a cold and wrong pizza. I believed that they just gave me one pizza they made but without client picking up. I won’t go back.

We had a bit of an issue with our delivery and the. When we brought our order back to the store. But the manager was more than accommodating and willing to hear us out. He is committed to allowing this to be used as a teachable moment for his staff and we appreciate it so much! We will be continuing to give this location our business.
