This one of my favorite Pizza Hut. MS. Teresa is the best hands down. She make sure everything is good always. Thanks alot

I love Pizza Hut pizza!!! However, it always takes awhile to get it, longer than told. I don’t fuss or complain. I’m usually the cool one in the corner cracking jokes. Often, Other people feed off your energy so if I was acting rudely others would too. I often pray for patience so I humbly wait knowing I just got off work so let me just chill for a minute. (I normally order on my way home from work .) At least I know it will be hot and fresh!

One star only because Google won't let you post without it...Never received my pizza time shown was 9:44 pm which is about 60 minutes from time ordered at 8:49pm. I have a screenshot to prove it. The site then changed to 95 min delivery time but did not update the time online. I called at 10:56pm well past the 95 min mark and got a call center. The man on the line said he had a number of calls for the same issue and I would have to go to local store to complain. Before I could tell him I was medically unable to go to the location, he transferred me to a "supervisor" because "I" did not understand him, and just as the line answered, it hung up. When I called back, the automated voice said the center was closed. This is completely unprofessional. I will be making a complaint through ALL channels and will contact my bank to make sure to stop payment. I found out the location was closed at 11pm and probably before. This is fraudulent and the location should be shut down permanently and all employees fired....Screw customers, screw you too.

I have not ordered from here in over a year, due to service & quality of food. My daughter lives in Southaven & she orders from Pizza Hut & I was at her house the last 2 times she ordered. It was soooo good. I decided to try them out again at my house, DISAPPOINTED. Ordered a diet drink, it was regular. Pizza was tasteless & cold. Had to call twice to check on order, was hung up on the first time. I spent $35 on a specialty, 1 topping & cinnamon sticks that my 5 year old said looked too nasty to eat.

Placed an online delivery order for 7:19. An hour & 15mins pass, still no pizza. Called the store & the guy said there had been a “mishaps” with the delivery guy & that my pizza was still at the store. He also stated that they would remake it fresh & have it delivered for free. It’s been an hour since I’ve spoken to him & I still haven’t received a pizza. That’s two hours since my original order. Please do not order from here.
