Air was on cold setting in there to eat

Worst experience ever they burnt my pizza and bread sticks and then refused to remake my sticks. Said that they knew that they were not burnt, and that she had been on the cutting table. They basically called me a liar. Both items tasted and smelled like ash, and were dark brown. Completely inedible. I had to bring the food in to get them replaced. They did replace them but the experience was terrible. That manager should be fired. That could been handled completely differently I don't have a problem proving my claims.

Make sure your order is what you actually ordered. If not, they will screw it up at this location.

This place is an effing joke. No one hardly dines in here any more. The little Latino boy purposely burns food all the time so they can steal from your company for free food. Makes the rest of us have to wait for our orders and remakes. Right now, at 8.22 pm, you have two large pizzas and something else sitting on your oven as "waste" You can stand here a good 15 minutes at the register before anyone greets you. Also, you guys keep letting your minors smoke out back, and I have pics. There's no way the 2 boys are 21. Fire the useless people, shut down, or I'm calling the excise police. Seriously, y'all done pissed on my parade for the last time The owner, who seems to be a pretty sweet person, is way too much of a wuss to run this store. After reading replies to some very serious reviews, it's apparent you don't really want this endeavor, so at least give it to someone who can revive this place, because you aren't the one.

It's a super busy place at times and the wait is a bit longer, but over all the food is prepared correctly and with care. If the oven could do more pizzas at one time it would be better for door dashers, but customers don't complain if it's 15 or 20 minutes past expected delivery time in my exp.

Tried to cancel my order but no one will answer the phone and I'm not waiting another hour and a half for pizza

Had an amazing experience tonight. I can’t remember his name but we ordered 2 cheese personal pans and 1 personal pan with pepperoni and mushrooms. We waited and they accidentally forgot to make one of the cheese personal pans. He upgraded our pizza to a medium and a free brownie! Everyone is always so nice when we take our kiddo to get his free personal pan from school. Thank you!

Messed up our order, food was cold. Gave us the wrong wings. Only 1 order of breadsticks. Inside was trashy. Big pile of trash in the back for everyone to see in the middle of the floor in the kitchen. Kitchen staff was arguing with each other when we came in. Gave us back extra change because he said "I don't feel like counting out change" 10/10 won't be back. You can get better pizza and the dine in experience at Greeks

Everytime I order delivery from pizza hut they either cancel my online order without telling me or call me a 1 after 2 delivery drivers for Door dash tried picking up my order for 4 things and had to leave bc it wasn't ready they keep changing my times on me then a hour later called me to say they ran out of everything they have lost my business

After waiting over 2 hours for our order, door dash brought us the wrong order went to store to pick up right order and what a surprise when we opened the BBQ chicken pizza and there was only half a pizza, staff is rude and not helpful at all, would not recommend, they are NEVER getting our business again, not that they care but I do!
