Pizza Hut Chorley

My recent takeaway experience at Pizza Hut was outstanding. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, guiding me through the menu and my order was prepared promptly and accurately. The pizza itself was delicious, with fresh toppings and flavorful cheese. And kids loved those cheese bites the most. Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Food always been correct order, hot and prompt polite service

Lovely pizza and fast delivery but most importantly iby the delivery driver is so sweet! True asset to the business!

Food was like warm on delivery

SUMMARY: Bad attitude, terrible customer service and poor pizza. DETAILS: Ordered collection classic crust pizza large 13.5". Although the toppings were distributed evenly and pizza was well presented, the dough was undercooked and slightly raw. Called to complain and they said I had to take it back and get another one. Told them I would bring it back and they can refund me. On returning the first member of staff - who mauled and examined it - went over to the (apparent) manager and said "it is quite raw" - quietly, but not so quiet I didn't hear him. The shift manager who then further examined it, tried telling me "all the pizzas go through at the same temperature" (like I had just landed on planet earth and never had a pizza before) and "it's cooked to standard". I told her I don't know what your standards are, but it clearly isn't... No apology on the phone, no apology in the shop, met with doubt, reluctance and moderate disdain. Bad attitude, terrible customer service and poor pizza. -- Suggestions: Go to Pizza House (Bolton Street) or Domino's (Retail Park) instead.
