Worst customer service! The manager wouldn't even take my coupon from Pizza
I didn't even think about it until afterwards and to be honest I don't feel very smart but i was asked for my card number over the phone. That is a totally unsafe practice and it shouldnt be allowed in the first place.
I have had bad experience with this place being never open in the past but today was excellent. The lady who answered the phone gave me a wonderful detail on the status of my order and was so friendly by throwing in for me and my family to be safe during the cold weather. Small comments like these make it a more personal experience. Even though it took my order a while I still give it a 10/10 thank you mam whoever you are
I've never had to leave a review for a Pizza Hut in my life. Tonight that changed. I placed a scheduled delivery order online, contactless because I've ordered that way since that option was available. This was the first time ordering from this store aa I recently moved here. At 5, no pizza showed up, so I waited 15 minutes just because I figured it was nothing out of the ordinary (it's Christmas weekend, after all). After 15 mins, I called, and initially was met with understanding. However, the phone was handed to a woman who says she was the manager, who began being extremely instigative and dismissive of everything I was saying. At this point, I was attempting to find the pizzas we ordered (a $60 order including tip, no less) at neighboring buildings, and found the pizzas multiple buildings over from ours. I stated this to this manager, who then started yelling "What's the story?" over and over again like I was attempting to fabricate the situation. I explained that I had to walk multiple buildings over to one of the other "205" units (every building in the complex has an apartment numbered 205), and she proceeded to ask if I wanted new pizzas sent- CONTINGENT on me providing the original pizzas. I attempted to ask if I could get some kind of reimbursement (even just the delivery tip or fee, I don't want free food), but was promptly hung up on. I attempted to call back with the same phone but they didn't pickup- as soon as I tried my husband's phone they picked up. I attempted to diffuse and explain I just wanted to rectify the situation and find a way to not let this happen in the future, bit the same manager began to say I was wasting her time and she had other customers she would rather be serving. I ended up hanging up due to how incredibly rude she was being, as I do not feel this individual deserved my time at that point anymore than she felt I deserved hers'. Do better Pizza Hut, and maybe fire the woman who was claiming to be manager the evening of December 23rd, 2023.
The pizza is the worse pizza I have ever ate. I could make this which is a bad thing.
Really disappointed to have to leave a bad review. I go here all the time and usually don’t have any issues with ordering from here. Last night I placed an online order at 8:10pm then at 8:15 I get an email saying my order had been cancelled. I called their number, a man in a call center answered and I explained my order had been cancelled and I wanted to know why, well he transfers me to the store, NO ONE answered the phone. I pulled up to the store and there were employees standing in there so they still open but clearly didn’t want to work last night. I am highly disappointed… Pizza Hut you need to do better.
So after waiting 45 minutes it said it was delivered and wasn't so IV worked at a delivery place before close to closing they lie and say we didn't want it and they can keep it sad but true will not order again from there
