Pizza Hut Basildon

Absolute rubbish pizza.Service was fine.But you can't eat service.

So I ordered a some pizzas online and thought I’d clicked on the deal for 50% off pizza and ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 sides , well when the driver arrived he only delivered 1 pizza and 2 sides , confused I checked the receipt and called Pitsea Pizza Hut where o spoke to the manager Russel …… all I can say is what great customer service this guy had , he listened , and did all he could to try and rectify my issue , I can honestly say that this manger is a credit to Pizza Hut …… he is the reason I will continue to order from Pizza Hut , thank you Russel you are the deffiniton of a good manger

So yet again pizza hut make us ill with under cooked dough and refusing to refund us. We have only started ordering from them again after last time with the poor customer service from last time.

Staff were very friendly and food was lovely

Was a pleasure to speak to Russell on the phone about my order who made sure it was exactly right before hanging up, food was hot and delivered on time but a lovely delivery driver, honestly can’t complain! Will definitely be coming back

I thought customer service was spot on always ask for Russell and how and what you want on your pizza is why l come back

Spoke to a young lad Russell very helpful, food delivered on time nice and hot nice food nice polite delivery driver. Nothing to complain about. Will recommend to friends and family
