My pizza, a large one-topping cheese pizza, was burned, and the wrong type (did not order thin crust). When I called, the Pizza Hut employee said I had to send him a photo of the burned pizza via text. He gave me the wrong number to send the text to. When I got no reply, I called back, waited for a while on the phone, then he gave me a new number to text a photo to. This phone number, also, did not work. Finally, after calling back and speaking to a manager (and my kids are running wild by this point), they offered to make a new pizza, but I still had to drive to pick it up. When I got to the store, there was no-one at the register, and I had to wait for almost 10 minutes while they got their act together. Terrible service. The replacement pizza.....and the only reason I got it was because my kids were counting on it..... was fine.
