A little pricey but great service

My mum left a bag with her favourite waterproofs in in the restaurant. She was just visiting Ipswich and didnt realise until she got home. She called them and explained, the lovely staff and especially the manager, Kostas made sure they were posted back to her. Really appreciated, thank you for your kindness!

I have to say this was the best experience we’ve had here! Previous visits have sometimes been disappointing but Jadna looked after us really well, great service! Bbq chicken Pizza was so good, a new addition to the menu, dough balls delicious, halloumi bites a little underwhelming as I think they could have been cooked a little more, still good! Over all I’d have given 4.5 stars! 5⭐️ for service! Dietary restrictions: Great vegan menu, very comprehensive

Food amazing, Jadna our waitress so friendly and lovely

Me and my boyfriend were told we could use our uni days discount by the waitress before we ordered, she even checked the terms and conditions. Then at the end of our meal she told us our discount couldn’t be applied to the meal because of Valentine’s Day but she told us it was completely fine when ordering our food with her!!! This left us with barely enough money with us to cover the cost all because of an incompetent waitress!!! The food was also a complete rip off as 3 small dough balls cost £7!!! Complete waste of time and terrible experience

Good, consistent quality food at a reasonable price. Had a minor hiccup using the app that required the manager but the staff were helpful and friendly.
