Pizza Express

Fantastic food, good service, really nice place to eat. Massive let down there's only 1 sit down toilet I know the ladies and my girls love sitting in wee a little boy has just done on the seat, I don't bloody think. Stand up toilet for boys please

Food was good. Wasn't asked if we wanted anything else when meal was served, dressings or pepper etc. Were made to feel rushed, weren't asked about dessert or coffee, just the bill. Weren't asked if we would like another drink at any point nor were we asked if our food was okay a few minutes after serving. Left feeling a little unwelcomed.

They missed a pizza on the delivery and wouldn't deliver a new one. No way to contact justeat by phone. Really really poor.

New bbq chicken pizza was lovely and highly recommend. As we went at 12 and I'd booked, seated straight away and served quickly. Food was lovely. We got the bill pretty much as soon as they cleared plates. However, we were chatting for quite a while so nobody came and took payment which was fine. However I did have to ask 3 different members of staff if we could pay which seems a bit mad to have to ask 3 times to pay. It felt like we could have walked out and the staff would have been none the wiser. The first two people I asked said they'll get someone and then never did and carried on doing other things. So although service was good at the start when it was dead, it was poor when it was busy. Although the 3rd person we asked and who took payment was very friendly.

Brilliant customer service from the West Mids Outlet restaurant tonight. We had a few issues with our order, it was busy and a few things got missed. The team were lovely and we went home really impressed with the service. Thank you
