Pizza & Co Westroad

We have ordered a 12” chicken tikka pizza and we haven’t got any dip with it and the pizza is very worst cold we rang them and asked about the dip they said you have to check it when you were in the shop and the person on phone was very rude he was saying the dip is like free and complimentary it’s not like compulsory we should give and our store is very busy so we can’t check each pizza box whether it has dip or not

The worst pizza I ever had it has no taste and no cheese on and the people of this shop are not even good in manner, I have order a pizza and I didn’t even got a dip with it and I have phoned them and asked about it then said it’s not there mistake ?????

This place used to be great at first as I was a regular customer but has gone downhill since as I can clearly tell they are using cheap ingredients now as the quality of the food has gone down and it is run by terrible management as I ordered my food 30 minutes in advance to make sure it had plenty of time to be prepared but when I came in to collect it, it was still not prepared and the cashier kept telling me 5 mins yet I had to wait an total of an extra 30 minutes which is unacceptable as my children were extremely hungry and as you can expect I was growing increasingly frustrated considering it took a total of an hour to prepare. Once I went home to eat my Parmesan I noticed the chicken base was badly burnt and the parmesan was pretty much cheese and sauce very little chicken was visible. My children ordered burger meals and all of their burgers had a weird frozen taste to them which is very disappointing. Quite a lot of other reviewers as of recently would agree with me as when you look past the clearly fake 5 star reviews made by people with similar names who clearly must be friends of the owner of this branch you can see how far the quality of food and service has dipped here. I would advise people to go to Manjaros instead as these guy charge almost as much as them for what is supposed to be similar food yet manjaros quality is miles ahead of these guys and their service is great most of the time unlike this eatery.

First time visiting Pizza and Co and we are not local to Newcastle. What can I say 10/10 quality and service. Would defo recommend to others! You guys don’t know what you’re missing!!

I don’t ever write or believe reviews as you never know both sides but I have to commend the manager & his team for handling the uselessness of Just Eats! Placed an order with just eat - no sign of a driver and zero customer service availability. The manager very kindly remade my order and one of his own team delivered within 30 mins and food is perfectly delicious as always! Highly recommend Pizza & Co but order with them through uber eats or pop in to their place!

Cheese not even melted on pizza Base was raw in most parts. Went in the bin. Manager struggles to grasp the concept of running a business and obtaining feedback. I imagine many customers to this place are wrong.

Becoming the worst in area and very bad service! Waiting for 20 minutes then giving order by mistake and not providing what we have asked for! Wasting money and time buying from this pizza and co branch! Prices are not same on screen with what you will be charged!!! Imagine small pizza with £9!!!
