Tried 3 crusts - they recommended the rice as the my most normal and it was one of the best pizzas I'd ever had, gf or otherwise. Almond was good and flax seed kinda tasted like a delicious cracker - weird texture but good taste. No after effects from the Celiac contingent so highly recommend as a safe and tasty restaurant. Dietary restrictions: No side effects for either Celiac I was with. So grateful to find a pizza place without cross contamination!
They have the BEST gluten free pizza I have EVER eaten! And they have gf calzones! It’s been 15 years since I had one, but I vividly remember what the gluten filled ones tasted like. Pizza Boy’s is the best calzone I’ve had hands down. And their gf garlic knots are amazing. Somehow they’re even better cold? I am a very sensitive celiac sufferer and if there is even a hint of gluten I am violently ill within 20 minutes. I had ZERO reaction! That alone is worth any price to me. Is the pizza a bit spendy? Yeah. ♀️ But I’d pay any amount to ensure I don’t end up in the hospital. This is my new pizza place and I will sing its praises to any and everyone. Ps: we dined in and even tho they only had one guy waiting tables, that one guy was like 5 guys. Very nice and attentive. Dietary restrictions: Safe for celiacs!
We went out of our way to try this place on a spring break vacation from Canada. With two celiacs in our party, we were very pleased. The gluten free garlic knot dough is so fluffy! The fresh garlic taste was a bit strong for my daughter, but the adults loved it. The basic gluten free pizza dough was really chewy and tasty, even for the 10-year-old. The adults tried the broccoli crust, which was interesting. I'd be interested to try more crusts if we lived closer! We were proactively asked if there was a gluten allergy, and then told that the kitchen has a separate gluten-free area and oven. I also really liked the EDM playing in the restaurant!

Best gluten-free anything I've ever had. I drove all the way from bakersfield today just to get food from there, then went straight home. The dough is prepared on site and is not the nasty cardboard disc I find everywhere else. My favorite is the gluten-free ancient grains crust. The staff is so sweet and kind, too.
