Kind people, great pitas!!

3 people were standing around while I stood and waited to pick up my order that was sitting on the counter. Teenagers these days don't have respect for customers

My wife and I love this place. I think my only complaint is we have to drive from Duncan to get to it!

Good food but gets busy

Ok don’t be quick to paint this place with the same brush as Subway and other sandwich chains. The quality, freshness, flavour, and value is miles better than the others. Great job for maintaining such great standards among multiple locations across the country!!

Service was terrible, the girl behind the counter stared at me until I gave her my order, I usually wait to be asked or at least greeted before I give my order, I've eaten here before and although service not the quickest the quality of the sandwich has been consistently high. This time the sandwich was prepared in half the time including warming up the meat and toasting the finished product, poor service and poor quality food with minimal attention to the client or the food. The young ladies behind the counter seemed to be new and perhaps that explains the lackluster performance.

Way consistent than one here in CR.Good portions and great customer service.I always visit them on the way to Nanaimo.
