I was there today at 815, the old cashier was taking care of 3 adults 5 kids which I can understand but after 20 minutes of waiting we left. It’s unprofessional not to have a second cashier on a busy day (sunday). They had other workers there. Worst part is he kept talking and joking around which was the reason why it was taking so long. What’s the point of upselling if your still loosing customers.

Wow this place has gone SERIOUSLY DOWNHILL. I've been coming to this bowling alley since the 90s. 1. The employees spend more time chatting with their friends at the bar or playing games of bowling than helping customers. Sat at the front desk for 5 minutes while the girl sat there and bowled before coming up to me. She threw her ball turned to look at me at the front desk and then threw a second ball before bothering to come over and help. I saw them take more smoke breaks outside than I take in a week at work. And we were only there for about 3 hours. 2. Waited almost 2 hours for the bar tender to show up before we gave up on ordering drinks. But they can serve beer without her here 3. There's 3 occupied lanes instead of choosing one of the 10 plus empty lanes with nobody next to them they stuck a group next to us. Again with MULTIPLE OPEN LANES. No need to shove everyone together. 4. Advertise free pizza with 2 hours of bowling so we purchased that. Noticed no body at the food counter so we asked the guy how we order our pizza and he's like oh you put that in with me. So what you were just planning on NOT giving us our pizza? 5. They don't know how to cut people off. This girl has had WAY too much to drink and is flirting with the game machines and nobody is cutting her off. 4. The women's room is a NIGHT MARE. I went in once at the beginning of our trip and it was fine. Went right before we left and the floor was SOAKED in water. Toilet paper everywhere. Pee in and on every toilet. Disgusting
