Closed before posted time

I completely support small businesses and I understand the hardships of owning one these days, but if you cannot follow the laws or employee requirements then you shouldn’t be an owner. My son resigned from pinkberry and it took over a month to get his final check. Completely unacceptable and against CA state law. The owner should have paid a fine for everyday he did not pay his final check, but only made excuses why he did not send it. When he finally sent his check no apologies nor even the penalties. Sooner or later it catches up! Take responsibility for owning a business if you want to own one!

Watered down yogurt. Not much toppings when filled with yogurt. Definitely not the pinkberry that we remember. Too much cost saving tricks?

The best, as always. I had to satisfy the craving.

We ordered a Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and crunchy crumbles - which were delish

Weekend staff is incredibly rude & aloof. When we walked in they were both in the back. Nobody was at the counter at all. When they finally came to the front they acted like us being there inconvenienced them. Any questions we had were met with eye rolls & short, curt answers. When my wife wanted to see if she had any rewards on their loyalty program, they didn't even look & just said no. Bottom line, the yogurt is good but the customer service at this location is severely lacking.

Counter was all messy, someone left the door open, so the staff was inside without knowing that 6 customers were waiting for almost 10 minutes to be served. A customer suggested to close the door and open it again, so the staff receive or see an alarm, signal or something. When the ladies came out, they provided a great customer service.

I love this place there is a white kid very nice and kind ,he is a true example of how to treat costumers.

Place is a little run down, they only had 2 flavor options on their yogurt they were out of everything else. The toppings were very limited AND didn't look fresh unfortunately, it looked like they were sutting out for a while and just all mushy. The ladies working were okay not rude nor nice. Very small seating option inside. I probably won't be going back.

Very rude and unpleasant staff present; not friendly n biased against colored people and never planning to go back there ever and will never recommend to my coworkers in the medical field and new employees should be hired

The pomegranate and original tart was fantastic. Hit the spot yum🍨
