very rude & mean lady. This lady couldnt even hide her anger. she was visibly frustrated with something. and took it out on customers. food is good but not good enough for horrible service.

The lady that works there was very rude. we walked in and she basically told us to f off. the food is probbaly good but the service will be trash with her stank attitude

Visited Hot Pot on 2/3/24 and was disappointed by the extremely rude service. The lady at the entrance lacked basic courtesy and greeted us with unwelcoming behavior. Despite the potential appeal of the food, the overall experience was tarnished by the poor customer service. Hoping for improvement in hospitality for future patrons

My friends and I love this place. We call it our temple haha. The staff is amazing they know all our names and favorite dishes. Amazing food, wonderful service 10/10!

Amazing place!

This was our first hotpot since we’ve been back from China a years ago (lived there for 19 years), and we loved it. The veggies and meat were fresh and good quality, and the broths were authentic. The area around is amazing for a stroll by the way. Parking: Parking lot was $9 for 2 hours.
