You asked and we listened! This year we are offering a larger- 18oz to be exact- wheel of creamy brie, dolloped with our deliciously sweet and tangy tomato /apple chutney, wrapped in our puff pastry and baked until golden. Just reheat in your oven for 10/15 mins for a delightfully gooey treat. Serve it as the star of your charcuterie platter with dried fruit, crackers or bread, pour some bubbly and let YOUR holiday season begin...OR just share it for dinner with a friend, we never judge.

A rustic Pork and Chicken pate en croute with holiday-esque additions such as, chestnuts, pistachios, cranberries and sage baked in a pastry case with a glossy, decorative top. To be enjoyed cold in slices as a charcuterie item. Perhaps with crackers, cheeses and cornichons, chutneys, and our gruyere crackers. About 4" wide and 3" high.

At this time of year we make some items that are NOT pies or tarts. Here we have a bar of house made Italian honey nougat with almonds, pistachios, cranberries and cedro/citron. In its own edible rice paper wrap, it is soft, chewy and delicious. Cut small pieces with a sharp knife and enjoy as dessert with espresso, fortified wine of your choice or with a cup of tea...anytime..

Delicious, rich Panettone soaked in a delicate custard with hints of orange and chunks of dark chocolate. Sprinkled with demerara sugar and flecked with real vanilla. Baked and served in a large 10” inch tart, ready for your dessert (or breakfast) table. We suggest warming gently in your oven and dolloping with fresh whipped cream, creme fraiche, yoghurt or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Serves 8-10Great with a glass of sparkly on Christmas morning after the kids have wrestled open their gifts.

Deliciousness is on the menu!Our own house cured salmon, cream cheese, capers and a pinch of fresh dill and chives mingle in the smooth egg custard.....bagel not required! Put one aside for Christmas morning and pop it in the oven whilst the kids are unwrapping their gifts, and when they're done ....so is BREAKFAST.
