This is a really nice spot and they have really good boba

11:05AM on a Saturday and they are not open but store hours says they should be open.

The food wasn't good and was extremely dry. Made us feel sick afterwards. Not only that our water had gross floaties and gunk in the cup.

I always drive by. Finally today we decided to stop by to buy a boba. I was hoping to find the place full of customers but it was empty, no one was at the front, we waited couple minutes for some one to take our order and finally we left, we didn’t get a good vibe about food preparation.

The server that was helping us was polite. Unfortunately, that's all I have to say positively. PSA this is long. The pho was plain and the broth had no flavor. The meat was all overcooked. I ordered #2 and it's supposed to come with rare steak (overcooked), meatballs (overcooked), tripe and tendons (both missing). The meat was all exceedingly chewy and tasted "off." Jackfruit spring rolls. Came out as just shredded lettuce and jackfruit in a wrapper. The menu says they also have cucumber, sprouts and mint. Ground beef wrapped in seaweed. Tasted decent, but again overcooked. Actually tasted burnt. When asked about the missing ingredients that are openly advertised on the menu, we were told "the owner cut back items off the menu." Which is understandable, but we paid for those items. Why weren't we told when we ordered that those things changed? Or why are all these things on the menu that don't even exist in the restaurant? The server said he "doesn't even work at that location. He's just helping out" The Sriracha bottles were brown and the tops crusted over. The one we had looked like it had mold in it. When asked for new Sriracha, the server took the bottle back. Rinsed the cap off, shook the bottle up and gave it back to us.

Hours are not accurate tried to visit they were closed on a Monday. Recommend calling ahead.

Not really a picky eater, I eat what I can and what I have but bbq pork banh mi was amazing aside from the bread was a little over cook. The savor of the pork and the sauce was the top notch adding with the green onions. The boba Thai tea was definitely sweet as expected but the boba was over cook. What got me, is the boba cup they have was unique. I’d give them an 8 out of 10 Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian options from break to big meals. Parking: A very open parking spaces

I wished I had read the reviews, this has to be the worse Pho I have ever has in my entire life. The broth was flavorless and not hot enough to cook the raw beef. I should have know how bad it was when I was the only person dining in such a big establishment! This place cannot possibly stay open, I will never be dining here again! Parking: Plenty of parking

Photos of food are fake. The food we ordered was practically inedible it was so gross. Visibly dirty and low quality ingredients, the noodles were slimy and squishy. The broth smelled rotten. Didn't seem like a real restaurant to be honest, there was one guy working the counter and the kitchen and he seemed like he had no idea what he was doing.
