Their food is impeccably delicious. However, the employees are not friendly and do not take good care of the customers. So it's a little disappointing. If they care about customer satisfaction, it will definitely be the best Vietnamese restaurant in the area.

DO NOT GET TAKOUT!! I have tried three times since they opened. The first was a disaster, but they had just opened. The second was six months ago and really the same as tonight. I ordered online, arrived about 10 mins before my food was supposed to be ready. Called as I got there, per their instructions, and they needed 5 more mins and “they would bring right out.” No problem. 10 mins goes by and nothing, no problem, 15 I start calling…. And I can see in the store and they are busy, but no answer. Call a few mins later, no answer. Finally go in and say I am here for my food… which has just been sitting there. This is what has happened each time, they just don’t do takeout well. The food was just ok this time, it was really good the prior times. And know other reviews consistently rank it highly, which for food quality and quantity is quite appropriate. If you are looking for good neighborhood pho go and dine in. If you are looking for a quick simple take out experience, this is not the place for you.

Best Pho experience, great design and ambiance. Friendly staff and fresh food. Best Pho in Virginia. Place owned by a mother that cares about her restaurant and you can tell the love in the food and how fresh it was. I came 30min before closing and was treated with the level of respect that most business wouldn't during closing. Thank you!

Went there with my son the other night for the first time and the food was delicious, fresh, and well prepared. The service was good and it was not overpriced. We will come back again! My loved it!

We have been coming here with my family for the past 3 years! Food is great we love everything on the menu. But lately the service has been poor. server Bi P has been very rude doesn’t get the order right and never checks on the table after the food is deliver. Rude and walks away when trying to get her attention.
