I tried pho at this restaurant with my brother for the first time tonight and it tasted delicious! Our dishes came with a cup of cold tea which was nice. Portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely have to come back and try the other dishes!
I have eaten hundreads of Vietnamese Pork chop rice and this one is average. Just a little better that what you can make at home, but not as good as your favorite place.
Pork chops were two large pieces, but it lacked the depth and flavors I may be used to. 7/10
Sauce 9/10 it was very good
Salad 8/10
Rice I'm very particular about my rice, and this one was only 6/10.
Prices are amazing and it is located inside a food court. I frequently eat at food courts and other up scale restaurants as long as the food is excellent.
Repeat- maybe
This place is AMAZING!!! Price wise it’s FANTASTIC, Quantity-It’s so much and so filling. Quality-Top notch authentic and out of this world DELICIOUS !! When you visit Pho Street at the food court located in Scarborough on Silver Star Blvd, you get all of this without having to pay the crazy restaurant prices. The family behind the scene worked very well together and very synced with the person at the front counter. Very approachable and efficient! Lots of choices when it comes to food selections on the menu and reasonably priced. I strongly encourage and recommend this place!!
I enjoyed the bowl of pho noodle soup, great prices and quality food. New favorite spot!
I recently stopped by this pho street food stall for a quick lunch, having wanted to try it for a while. I ordered their classic house special, but it turned out to be a big letdown. The soup was bland, tasting mostly of salt and MSG, and it was a bit oily. The noodles were too starchy, and the meat was fatty with a strange aftertaste.
Would I recommend this place? Probably not.
**Overall Rating:**
- Soup: 1/5
- Noodles: 2/5
- Meat: 2/5
- Price: 3/5
I stopped by at Pho Street today with a friend. We ordered a pho large dac biet for 11.99 and chicken/eggmeatloaf for 11.99. The food was above mediocre, and the price you pay is unbelievable in today modern time. I give this place a solid 8/10 for food to price ratio. You can't get this kind of quality for this price anywhere, and I shall return. All these viet restaurant need to tone down their damn prices, its unbelievable to pay for a large pho for almost 20 bucks.
