Pho Oi

Went today to have lunch with the family and man at the register was rude. Not hospitable at all we said hello and he didn’t bother to acknowledge much less look at us. He threw menu at us. Very disappointed, we left the place. zero stars.

I do not recommend. Food not appetizing, kold, and expensive. For three people the total it was eighty seven dollars and cents. The dishes didn't taste good. Mine was just four pieces of what looked like some type of meat and the taste was not appealing. I do not recommend. I've dined in Vietnamese restaurants here in in my hometown and were excellent. I do not know what happened to this one. I wouldn't give this restaurant a star.

The small, lemonade was terrible. Food was OK. Little pricey.

If I could give a ZERO… I would! Every single time I would walk in here the lady was super RUDE. The second time I came, was definitely my last. I didn’t buy anything here because the horrible attitude already gave me a bad taste of how the meal would be. Honey…. Food is cooked with LOVE, something this predominantly Hispanic culture knows very well about. I’ve worked in the restaurant Industry before with some really major companies…. There’s one thing in the restaurant industry you know absolutely nothing about…. and that’s customer service. I don’t care how good you claim your food is, but I too have witnessed price changes here AND one thing I know about the people here for sure is that NO ONE is going to be crazy enough to buy food here with a whole bunch of NONSENSICAL ATTITUDE! I went there two weeks ago trying out pho for the first time. And oh my goodness the service was extremely horrible, to a point were I felt harassed and abused. After that harassment the food was brought and it had a roach inside my food, I requested a refund and the Chinese lady started cussing me out. Would not recommend this place whatsoever. I rather McDonald’s

I came on 1/6/24. This was my 2nd time coming due to my first experience. I came with my wife and first thing we noticed was the rudeness of the old cranky lady. We sat down to a dirty table, shouldn’t the table’s we clean before the customers arrived? Keep in mind it was completely dead. Anyhow, another issue was me asking what the difference in size of the bowl. She came to use with attitude. This whole situation could’ve been avoided if she just was kind enough to walk no more than 15-20ft to the kitchen and shows us the bowls. That being said it made my 2nd experience terrible. Never coming again and you bet I’ll let people know about my experience. P.S.A the lady at Pho 68 would never treat her customer like this. In fact, I highly recommend it.

If I can give them a 0 I would. I ordered to go at around 8 something mind you they close at 9 and found a hair in my noodles so I snapped the pic and called the next day. Long story short she said no refund cause it’s the next day already!!! I said you close at 9 how was I supposed to call, and she goes on to tell me she’s there until midnight. Anyways she just hung up on me no refund no nothing! Oh AND it was $1 to-go fee so total of $17 hair included.

The food was good, but in the menu, the large beef soup was 13 and something. They charged me another dollar for being large again? It doesn't make sense. I won't be coming here again ;the server was attentive, by the way.
