Best Pho in town- get the steak pho but ask for the raw steak instead and let your broth cook it- its awesome! Their chili oil is incredible and so are their fried dumplings (I like them together)

Absolutely love this place. I always stop here when I’m in Tulsa. First went two years ago for Easter and just then again this weekend during a 15 hour drive. The pho is excellent and the staff were friendly.

First I’d like to say that my husband and I have been ordering form Pho da cao for 2 years and we order about 6-8 times a month. I’m not sure if they have new employees or what. The customer service isn’t that great anymore. Today I placed an order for a large pho. This is all the broth that was given to me and I got a large. The previous time we ordered the shrimp were not cooked all the way. I’m just so disappointed.
