The rice bowls used to be really really good but now they’re just OK. I think they recently switched from Vietnamese broken rice to long grain rice? Just not as good anymore.

Really great place, amazing food and lovely staff. Only reason to not give 5 stars is they include a 15% service charge that you have to ask to be removed. Tipping should be something that you choose to do, the idea to almost make it feel like you have to tip is not good, we are not in the USA.

I’ve been going to Pho quite regularly since it opened in Cambridge. Staff is always friendly and helpful, food is great and very fairly priced and one of the few places in Cambridge that’s coeliac friendly. My only bug is their habit of playing extremely loud music. I like to be able to have a conversation without having to scream at my friends. It’s even worse when you get seated right underneath a speaker. We have complained multiple times and so did neighbouring tables. But nothing ever changes.
