Pho Binh, a locally owned restaurant collection that first started in 1983, will open a new location in Katy by the first week of December. Bringing Vietnamese dishes like it's well known pho, and other popular cuisine like spring rolls, rice dishes (Com Dia), Vermicelli bowls (Bun) and Sandwiches (Banh Mi).
