In Pho 54 we offer different dishes from Easter Asia. Vietnamese dishes with the traditional recipe are special. Such as: Pho Ga (spicy flat rice noodle soup, with tender chicken); Pho Dac Biet (flat rice noodle soup with tender raw beef tenderloin); Bun Bo Nam Bo (Warm Rice Noodle Salad with Fried Beef); udon noodle dishes (served with scallions, cilantro, peanuts and roasted onions); Goi Cuon (Hand-Rolled Fresh Rice Paper Rolls); Cha Gio (Crispy Spring Rolls).
