Pho was just yum All ingredients were fresh and had a good pho since long time. We loved the fried tofu roles too! Vegetarian pho was good too
Five stars if they would eliminate the Styrofoam. Great food and friendly service!
I really wanted to like this place but we won't be back. The interior is very cute and well laided out but the service was awful. We waited forever and then were brought another table's food. When we let her know it wasn't ours, she picked it all back up (while dipping her thumb in the soup) and brought it over to the other table. Our actual food took forever and we didn't get our Banh Mi until we were finished with everything else. It was also made with unseasoned large slices of pork loin and was honestly inedible. The pho itself was alright, but $20 dollars a bowl. It was a one and done for us.
I always get their vegan pho with fried tofu. It's so so amazing. The service is great, they're really quick, and the food is delicious. I've also ordered for take out and they make it super easy.
Didn't expect such lovely service, good wholesome, food, and " mom n pop eatery" kind of vibe in such an unlikely place- right next door to Fred Meyer's. The Pho there was just what was needed on this wintry Friday to kick off the weekend! We will be back to try out the rest of the menu.
