Had the pho with brisket and flank for takeout. The pho was very good except for the meat which was tough. The takeout packaging was great and kept the broth sealed well. They provide a great amount of the usual toppings and sauces. Overall I would definitely recommend, but maybe try a different meat option.
This is the first review I've EVER written in any format. After our ridiculous experience this evening, I'm ready to commit. We went to Pho Que Huong on 15th St at 9:15 pm on a Saturday. While still eating at 9:40, they turned off the lights and TV in the front half of the restaurant. The whole crew of 6 came out in their jackets and sat, watching us eat from one row of tables away, and speaking at full volume among themselves. It made us very uncomfortable and totally ruined our meal. They rushed us out, followed us out the front door, with the lights off and doors locked before 9:55 pm. If the restaurant does not stay open until 10 pm, the sign on the front door and all online advertisements should not say it stays open until 10. If we had known this would happen, we would have gone somewhere else. Either change the advertised hours, or actually stay open until 10 without staring down customers in the process. Until then, we see no reason to return. This is unfortunate because we really like the food. But with so many restaurants to choose from that do not ruin our uncommon and increasingly expensive dining experience, it's only fair. What would you do? By the way: The atmosphere was appalling! Before turning off the intrusively loud TV's, they were blasting generic "pro" wrestling from an obscure cable channel such that we could barely hear each other from across the table. Really?
Good food. Good service. The atmosphere lacks a bit, but it is in a strip mall so not too shocking. If you're hungry and love pho it's a good choice.
Ordered Pho Nam, food came out fast enough. Very little meat. No one EVER came back. I would have ordered more but they were too busy talking to each other. First time and last time.
I came to pick up some food for a customer(uber eats). And uber requires drivers to only confirm pick up/Verify once we get the order in our hands(our possession)or fully loaded up in our hotbag. The employees wouldn't hand over the bag. which I explained to them we are timed and that we are only to press confirm pick up(verify this order) once have the order in our hand. But, They refused and wasted my time and the staff started to have an attitude and tried antagonize me for no reason. I will never pick up here again to the horrible customer service they welcomed me too. Probably not gonna become a customer here either.
Typical Vietnamese restaurant in a Plano strip center. I had the Vietnamese egg rolls and a large bowl of Pho with tendon, beef eye of round, and flank fished with a Vietnamese coffee. All was on point with friendly service. Update: The pepper steak with fried rice and fried egg was phenomenal! Parking: Plenty of free parking
Pho Que Huong, Vietnamese Noodle and Grill is thee first choice for me and my wife during weekend. We always order the same thing; V2. Grilled Pork and Egg Roll Vermicelli, and P1. Pho combination. We highly recommend this restaurant for an authentic Vietnamese meal.
