I ordered the P10 menu Pho with beef bone-in. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.It came with the bones like it showed in the picture. As soon as i lifted the bone, NO MEAT. I had a little bite and it tasted like nothing and had the texture of rubber. The spring rolls were good.

The pho I ordered was average at best and the portions were much smaller than expected. The food looked nothing like the picture on the menu sheet. Worst part is that a roach was found in our food. Though the pho was not great the other items were alright.

Very clean and friendly staff. Order is always ready when I get there via phone. I always order the vegetable soup and it's very crispy and fresh vegetables. My favorite soup and great prices.

The food was not bad, but the service was very poor. One of the waiters was very rude. The waiters had no badges with names, so I don't know their names. However, he was wearing a cap. Twice, he literally threw things on the table – the first time it was chopsticks, and the second time he threw the straws. There was no reaction when we were saying thank you. When I mentioned this to another femail server, she first apologized and then went to that rude guy and said something. They were looking at us and laughing, obviously making fun of the situation. This is the second time I've experienced this kind of attitude, but for sure, this was the last time I went there.
