Very good food and the staff is very pleasent to interact with.

I love the food here and it’s fantastic after a movie marathon. The staff could be more friendly and the atmosphere is not the greatest but their pho and banh mi can’t be beat!

Not sure where to indicate this in the ratings, but the price seems high. My plate was $18 before tax and tip. Maybe I'm out of touch, but that seems like a lot. I'd visit more often otherwise.

Always great food. But even better is the GREAT service. Always greeted with a warm friendly smile…. Always felt welcomed. The Pho is always served hot and all other dishes just as delicious. Been coming to this Schoolhouse location for many years and highly recommend it to others. Clean and spacious restaurant with plenty of free parking.

I think Phò 99 in Coquitlam at 228 Schoolhouse st is the best vietnamese noodle soup i have ever had in Coquitlam and Surrey area,no doubt. The soup is hot and tasty, with so much meat toppings. The place is big and clean and the lady server is really good in helping/inform us about vegan dish. I recommend this place if you are looking for some hot and yummy dinner.
