The worst food I've ever experienced: The fried rice was too salty to eat, the vegetables were undercooked, and the green bean tempura was clumped together and not properly fried. I'm amazed at the confidence to serve such a dish to customers.

Very slow. Be prepared to wait. Priced high. Establishment not concerned about the problem.

Everything was great and ready at the estimated time, consistent service!

Update June 2024: accurate times, but lower quality food - especially considering price point. They are food at accurate times now (was issue last year). The food quality has degraded a bit. Their fried rice is just white rice that they squirt brown liquid on after plating..... when spooning fried rice into a container, I found several clumps of white rice... see photo. (No one has white rice in thier order....) Rice a bit mush, and they don't use egg anymore in fried rice. They used to use peanuts in the Kung pao... but now use chopped peanut sprinkle (less/lower quality). Great to go Chinese food. Family meals are good.

They never answer the phone, my last online order was disappointing so I insisted ordering over the phone. No one ever came to the phone in 30 minutes. Will never order again.

Hot and Steaming Fresh........ *But the Magnolia Beef was not tender at all, plus all of my fried rice orders were soaked in oil. One of my fried rice also was a custom order and they still made it regular. Lack of flavor as well not even close to the real P.F. Chang's restaurants that I have been going to for years at different locations throughout Central and South Florida. So I'm very disappointed since this location is about a 17 minute drive from my home. But no worries I'd rather drive another 15mins to get the real P.F. Chang's food out in Orlando* which is always so delicious!!!! ***My advice for the owner, please just retrain or change the Chef at the Winter Gardens location ASAP!***
