When asked if rice was included the waiter said yes and gave us three choices. When the bill arrived with 4.50 on the bill for rice, I inquired about it. Said fried rice was an upcharge. I advised him he should have told us that. Manager came over and wasn't pleasant at all. The 4.50 wasn't the issue, it was like they tried to sneak it on there. It is an issue for some. Be up front!!!!
