Food was appalling, no salad on any burgers, buns burnt, no cheese on garlic bread. My son is autistic and is fussy with food another £7 gone cos they sent the wrong food

Love the pizzas, probably the best in Warrington. Kebabs ok too.

Very unhygienic place constantly flys inside the kebab house & it smells absolutely disgusting

Soggy chips and bread. Chips cold. Asked for no onions and got onions on one of the 3 burgers. Asked for salad and got about 3 bits of lettuce and 1 really thin piece of tomatoe. Really disappointed.

Been having take aways from Petra’s for years. I ordered online to collect, to turn up and they had received no order although I had paid and had confirmation on my phone. I was then asked to do another order online whilst I was in shop which I did and again that one hadn’t come through to the shop but the money had been taken. Then both orders come through so I paid for 2 orders and only received one due to there machine at the shop having an error. They couldn’t issue me a refund in the shop although I placed the order on their website, had to ring a customer service number to be told I’d have a refund in 5 working days for one of my orders I never received. I rang the shop he took my name and number and said he would sort it and shock never heard anything. After numerous phone calls I gave up and I have never received a refund. Disappointed as I’ve been coming here for years, but the customer service is shocking! Needs improving asap

Best food in Warrington. I've been eating food from here for about 25+ years . And the staff are friendly too.
