If it weren’t for the server Journey smoothing over the experience my guest received from the Manager when arriving to the restaurant as the first two there, we would have definitely left! The manager was extremely unprofessional and rude! She had the nerve to reprimand my guest because of the way the reservations were made. They had absolutely nothing to do with making the reservations! She allowed the server to speak on her cowardly behalf instead of coming to the table to apologize and clear the air herself. Along with that experience, they charge you for EVERYTHING down to the stupid ice cubes they put in your drinks! So what it’s stamped with their name! That should be the signature of the restaurant! You don’t charge for no frozen water! The food was okay but not good enough to feel the need to return! Journey, the server was great (5 ⭐️) but the managers first impression behavior earned them a 2 star! LEAD BY EXAMPLE Ms Manager!

Went to Perry Street Chophouse for date night, and it was fantastic! Our server was friendly, fast, and overall very knowledgeable about the menu. I took a chance and tried a steak she recommended, and it is my new favorite cut. I don't usually eat crab cakes, but these were too good. The atmosphere on a Friday night with a pianist was amazing!

Great food, exceptional sevice in a warm and inviting atmosphere. I shall return!!

Delicious steak! Great service. They take pride in their cocktails and it shows! The Big Timer was the best cocktail I've had in years.

I'm not gonna hold y'all.... I work at a steakhouse (Longhorn) so a lot of things on this menu I'm already firmilair with but I say all that to say this .... These was the best damn crab cakes I've had in a long time .... Ohhhh I'll be back ! And s/o to Dillion for the encore experience and excellent service giving me that insight being that my steakhouse only has Salmon and Shrimp as our choices of Seafood ! Thanks everybody

My husband and I dined at this restaurant for the first time. We visited on a Friday night so the restaurant wasn’t busy. The food is delicious but the service is trash. Not a healthy combination. Once seated in the restaurant we waited to be served drinks. Once our waitress Daria B. came to the table she took our order from the menu. The food came pretty quickly but Daria failed to order our side dish. Although we were hungry, we patiently waited to finish our steak until the spinach arrived at the table. We waited around 15 minutes for that order. Daria then comes can to the table and asked if we wanted dessert. She said the lavender honey pound cake had been a popular choice so we ordered based on her recommendation. 15 minutes passed and we had to get her attention to get the status of our dessert. She acts surprised that the cake hasn’t come out and goes to check on it. She returns to the table and says that the cake is “still in the oven”. In order to prevent a long drawn out story, the cake never comes. Daria offers to box the cake in a to-go container when it is ready and says that she will have the cake removed from our check. We pay for the check and continue to wait for the dessert. After another 20 minutes passes and we ask once again about the dessert - she says “the cake order was never placed”. At this point the disrespect was paramount. It felt very intentional and especially inappropriate. If you’re looking for a classy fine dining experience, keep looking because this is a hot ghetto mess! Move on!

I had the dry-aged bone in rib-eye and I’ve had better steaks at Texas Roadhouse! it was like eating a regular steak. It was not tender or flavorful. And my husband’s steak was cooked well done and it was ruined. But the sides were good. $200 wasted.

Just walk in. Staff ignored me and left me standing at the podium looking foolish. Nobody seated me. While standing at the podium I also noticed the 81 health inspection score on the wall. Guess it was God telling me not to eat. I ended up walking out. Horrible Service.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere, music, food, and service. Date night or dinner out with friends. You must experience this new gem.

Steak was quite & not as good as I expected it to be. Somewhat disappointed! I won't be back.
