I usually don’t write reviews however the salad I had here was an spiritual experience while I was on my work break. It consisted of a spring mix mixed with sprouts. It had chicken, pecans, and feta cheese. Sliced red onions which I was weary about at first because I hate onions however these onions brought out the best flavors of the sliced apples on the side. They don’t even taste like onions. The whole salad comes with this white dressing that I don’t know what is (it’s not ranch). I was in my cubicle at work eating like a pig. I mean it when I say I DEVOURED that salad. I’ve had this salad a handful of times now and each time is the same amount of bliss. Heaven on Earth is in that salad.

My boyfriend and I had lunch and it was decent, but a little overpriced for such small portions. Also they don't do water cups, you have to buy the $2 bottle. They had a bathroom for customers and it was a cute place.

Perfect Plate has been a real game changer for me on my fitness journey, and has far better service all around than any other of the many meal prep companies I've looked into. I don't even need to cut gluten from my diet, but I still prefer Kira's tasty meals over any other!...I save precious time and money not having to shop for ingredients, cook or clean up what it would take to make the meals myself. I don't have to worry about the stress of planning meals either. I can use the handy nutrition label on the microwabable containers the meals come in to make sure I'm on track with my dietary needs, which saves my sanity with my busy lifestyle. I get a convenient weekly menu sent to me that I order a wide variety of meals from and pick up from the most convenient of the 3 locations for me at a time that works for me. It's that simple! If I'm out and about and need a quick, affordable bite to eat, I can also pop into one of the establishments for an extra meal out of the fridge. That's what I tell all my friends, family and coworkers to do when they ask me about what I'm eating:) Just go try it, you'll love it! The food is always fresh, never frozen. Delicious seasoning and sauces with quality ingredients that is perfectly prepared for a sustainably healthy lifestyle that you can enjoy! Kira and all of the staff that I've met have always been friendly and accommodating. Plus, I love supporting local businesses!

Perfect place for meals, the food is fantastic and has great quality ingredients. Service is also exceptional and they will customize your order to whatever preference you have.

This place might be "gluten free" but be careful if you have celiac disease. I have gotten gluten 2 times here and recently felt comfortable going back but today's was eye opening. Last time I went in I pointed out that fairlife protein drinks are no longer gluten free due to a change in formula. Fairlife has even stopped labeling their prodcuts gluten free. The day of they removed drinks. Today when I went in they were back on their shelves and bottles were not labeled gluten free. The icing on the cake was the person making my wrap did not wash her hands or even put gloves on before she started to make my food. She went straight from the registrar after helping two people to making my food. Then was upset that we asked her to at least wash her hands. It's disheartening when a place that is labeled gluten free is not celiac safe since they do not take cross contamination seriously or does not know what it is.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in speaking about their menu and business. They were accommodating and kind. The food was fresh and tasty! The atmosphere was comfortable, quiet, and welcoming. Would recommend :)

I work downtown and love to go here for lunch. The paninis are so yummy! I love the variety they offer too, if I'm not in the mood for a sandwich I grab a meal from their fridge and warm it up for a quick easy lunch. Plus they have great pastries and great lattes too!
