PepperJax Grill

Our Pepper Jax in St Cloud closed down awhile ago. It was the first place my entire family could agree on. We've really missed this place. It was really great to be able to have it again.

I loved the rice bowl and their signature Pepper Jack sauce. My one complaint and reason for not giving them five stars had nothing to do with their food nor service which was all fine; it's because of their Men's restroom, it's sink, turned on at full (quite easily I might add) and the water blasts out of the faucet causing the stream to spray upward right at you. Were it not for my hand still resting in the handle and thus being able to shut the water off as fast as it turned on, I would've been soaked.

I ordered 3 Beef Phillies. 2 without onion, one with out cheese and one with everything plus jalepenos and pepper jax cheese. 2 of the sandwiches were not made right. i called the store 11 times. They answered 1 time in which I told them I had a migraine and needed them to fix the mistake somehow. Then I tried 1 more time and they answered. They said they couldn’t deliver to me and there were no other options so I told them I would call the manager in the morning. Within 15 minutes, I got a call from the manager, Jodi, and she fixed everything! I have always loved Pepperjax food and this was such a great ending.

I've tried a few menu items here now and I can say that all have been delicious! I've loved both the loaded fries and the Philly cheese steaks I've tried. Vegetarian options: Basically anything can be veggie from the menu plus many of the toppings to customize the different dishes are vegetarian.

Nice place, great staff. I only come here for the Philly Cheese Steak.

My first trip to this restaurant. Food was prepared quickly and was hot. Free drink so that was a pleasant surprise. Had the pork nacho with lots of toppings. Parking: Lots of free spaces available. Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room to navigate a wheelchair in the fining area.
