Great food, very kind and friendly employees, that work very hard, and do a great job

Called in an order...and ended up waiting for 25 min.

I'm more a jersey Mike's fan but this location makes a decent sub at a quickened pace!

The chicken teriyaki is amazing!

Staff was friendly, food was wonderful (bread was perfectly toasted). Got my order perfect and they were quick about it, and prices were reasonable. I don't usually eat at Penn Station often, but after this experience, I will be coming back more!

Wanted to order a sub,was ignored,walked to the end of a counter to look at the menu on the plastic plaque.another customer walks in & gets serviced right away? And I believe she was the manager? Shady customer service

Went to 3 tables and finally decided to just clean off my own table since the ooooo so busy employees step up and do there job

The Italian was warm and delicious. Husband always gets the Cheese steak. But where are the fries that are just put in the bag?? Last 2 times gipped on fries! Husband said did you eat them on the way home 🤣🤣🤣
