Ordered 2 regular chicken parm, no pizza sauce was on them. Won’t return to this location

The staff is so friendly! The food was hot and fresh. Everyone made you feel welcome. The restaurant was clean!! The windows the vents and the trash cans all clean!! That’s good management and team! Thank you! We will be back!!

This used to be the best location when it came down to Penn Station but that last visit OMG my food was not even done! It was a basically raw meat cooked vegetables exclamation point same on you guys if I can get you zero for everything I would!

My husband and I got a couple of foot long sandwiches today and they were terrible.. always liked penn station but not anymore it was the worst sandwich I've ever had

This location does not understand what no ham means. If my wife didn't love the cheese steak so much I simply wouldn't eat here

This one, this is the best Penn Station.

Love this place. Love their food, love the pick up window. Like all fast food restaurants today some of the employees don't always provide great customer service, but the general manager here, Andre, is a superstar. It seems like he never takes a day off but this guy really CARES about the customer.... so if you ever have any issues, just touch base with Andre the superstar. Minor downsides: the food is expensive, but good. Love the fries - I wish Penn station would adopt the same attitude as 5 guys about over-serving the French fries. As some other reviewers have suggested, it's worth driving past other penn station restaurants to shop at this one

Food is always good

The three gentlemen working were incredibly nice. They truly cared how our visit was and how our food was.

Food tasted good. I paid $6.59 for a large fry and got a scoop of fries on the tray with my sandwiche. Usually, the large fry comes in a large cup on its own tray, not a small portion on the same tray as my sandwiche. When I asked why it was not in a fry cup, I was told that's how we do it. disappointed. I think I will look for a new location. The cost to eat out has gone up, and I am okay with it as long as I get money's worth.

Best lunch we could find in the area. Been visiting from the uk for a couple weeks and couldn't stop going back to this Penn Station. All fresh. All delicious, especially the fries. Service was on point every day. Always friendly.
