Penn Station East Coast Subs

If I could get them minus Stars I would. Ordered food from this place October 16th 2024 everything was horrible except the cookies. I stay a 15-minute drive away from this place so I ate my fries on the way home. They were warm, old and hard as hell🤢. About time I got home and looked at the rest of the food. They forgot my cookies so I call inform them I'll be coming back up. Another 15 minutes drive there then another 15 back home. I got there it was a problem getting my cookies. That I pay for and have the receipt for. When I finally got home an hour later the sandwich was trash. Ended up giving me and my girlfriend food poisoning. To the point that she had to miss work. The food was trash and the staff was trash. I WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE UNTIL THEY LEARN TO DO BETTER. I spent $40 for half a sandwich and a cookie 🤬

10/26/24 @ 1:30 pm. Ordered online for pick up order and got there and the door was locked because no one was there. I called no one answered. Had to call customer service for a refund.

Even though the street was closed due to construction, this establishment was clean, the employees were very nice, and the food was fantastic. Never a miss here.

Always fresh and quick. Fries on point also with great staff .

Wow. Just paid $44 dollars for the worst sandwiches .i asked for doubles meat mushrooms and cheese This can’t be real. I need a refund asap
