I appreciate how Dihia received the customers and myself, with a big beautiful smile. She just made the atmosphere to dine in extremely comfortable. Dihia provided great customer service and was very attentive with the dine in customers. Great job Dihia. Will definitely go back to dine in and see Dihia's big smile. 10 out of 10.

I had a fantastic experience at Pei Wei! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, but what truly made my visit memorable was the outstanding service from Dihia. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. Her warm smile and genuine care made me feel so welcome. I’ll definitely be back – thank you, Dihia, for making my meal so enjoyable!

Dinhae was very courteous and helpful. I don’t recommend the Pei Wei Feast option. The meat sauces drip onto the rice on the bottom of the tray and makes the rice too soft soggy and wet

Our lunch was excellent. It was brought to our table hot and looked great. The staff was attentive and friendly and Dihia checked up on us and made sure that we enjoyed everything. We'll definitely be back.

First time visiting your restaurant- I was SO impressed! I selected King Pao chicken and Steak Fried Rice. My daughter chose Lo Mein noodles. Food came to the table piping hot, fresh taste and great seasoning The restaurant was immaculately clean and well stocked. To-go boxes available with chopsticks fortune cookies all available at the drink counter I live on the other side of San Antonio but would take the drive to come back Excited to try other dishes 😊

This Pai Wei is one of the best in San Antonio, hands down. I had place an order online for a beef Lo Mein and went to pick it up. The food was ready quick and I was in and out very quick, however I had accidentally gotten chicken. I had called them and spoken the General Manager Hsiang Lee, in which he addressed my concerned and made it right by getting me a Beef Lo mein later. Hsiang went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with my order and get me the right order. Very hospitable and I did speak with him after and he informed me he had been with pai wei for about 10 years, and he said he always wants to ensure the customer is happy. That goes a long way for a General Manager to say that, so with that said I was very impressed with this location and this will be my go to Pai Wei from here on out.

Lunch with mom today was great! A lot of it goes to the incredible service Samira gave us the moment we walked in. She helped us choose our meals and encouraged us to try something new and it was absolutely delicious! She came by our table to see how we liked it and was extremely welcoming!!
