Worst Pete’s/ coffee place I’ve ever been to. I order iced matchas all the time, and theirs is by far the worst. They handed me a drink that was 95% milk, to the point that I couldn’t even taste the matcha. When I asked them for extra matcha powder, they charged me an extra buck, only for it to taste just as watered down as the original drink. Don’t bother coming here— lousy service and drinks
I asked for a regular small coffee. The price list said $3.80. She charged me for the large for $4.10. When I pointed it out the lady was quite rude and said the price list was wrong, well that’s illegal. She said THEY need to fix it.
I know she charged me for the large in error and it’s not about the few cents but the attitude
The young lady that was there on Friday very polite courteous. As far as the menu at Pete's in the airport there is no breakfast or lunch. They do not have a grill or any cooking the ladies so the menu need you to be removed.
With being prime time morning hours, I walked up with no wait in line. I decided to try something different, the Havana Cappuccino. I enjoyed the darker taste and its cinnamon hint. The oatmeal cranberry cookie was soft and delicious. If there's hardly a line, stop by and grab something!
It’s quarter to 5 AM, we need coffee and next door McD’s still isn’t open so how about Peet’s? Well if you can withstand the inflated prices and dicey service here, stop in and make it happen.
Petra was so incredibly rude and incompetent. She acted completely inconvenienced by the fact we were there ordering two drinks. She questioned my order, as if I didn’t know what I wanted. I had to explain myself for her to accept my request. I ordered a triple espresso over ice. The menu is labeled “S, M, L single, double, triple). For one latte and the espresso I was charged $18. I questioned how much she charged for the espresso, she states $3 for a single, and $4 for a double. I pointed out what the menu said and questioned why I wasn’t charged for a triple. She wouldn’t listen to what I was saying, so I gave in. Never in my life have I had such a negative experience ordering coffee. To top it off I had to ask for a straw and lid for my $8 espresso. The other gal working was very efficient and friendly, seemed like she was trying to compensate for her coworker.

Reno airport. NO DECAF AVAILABLE. EVER. CAME THRU HERE 4x SINCE JAN. NEVER DECAF AT ANY LOCATION. WHY DO YOU CALL THIS A COFFEE COMPANY???
Food was alright we ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich nothing on the menu comes with fries ♀️ prices was a little high
Bad attitude! Asked several times for quaf but didn't get it.asked about it after but didn't offer to fix it or say sorry, just shook her head irritated ! Asked for small and again attitude saying no only medium
Asked for extra Carmel but no again. Not busy ,I was only customer. I quess customer service doesn't matter at the airport !!!!!!
