Great little coffee shop. Friendly baristas, lead by one of the friendliest voices, Carter. Since the first time I walked in, Carter made me feel like a regular. One of my favorite things is there’s just enough room. What I mean by that is there aren’t many seats but asking to share a table sometimes wakes me up more than my coffee. Never had a bad experience doing that in the month I was going there. Looking forward to next time I visit.
I work from home so I’m not a grab a coffee out in the morning kind of person. However, when we go to dinner in Shirlington or see a show at the Signature, I’d love to be able to get a coffee then EXCEPT this location is closed at 5pm most nights. One night it was supposed to be open until 6 and at 5:45pm the doors were closed. At first we thought it was a COVID thing since we moved here in 2020, but it’s not. I’m not asking for them to be open every night until 10pm, but how about 8 or 9, especially on the weekends? Grab and go is near impossible here if you drive any time of day, so why not take advantage of all the night foot traffic there is and extend the hours?
Good coffee and food. The downside is that it's a small indoor cafe space suited for coffee and food pick-up. It appears the space would be better in warmer weather when folks can sit outside.
