Pearsons Enfield

I have been to Pearson and bought two dresses and the lady on the top floor for forever dress brand who call Emily was very professional and helpful. Her costumer service is brilliant. She reminds me for point card and also informed me regarding my points balance and guidanced me for sizes and refund policy. It is very nice feeling to looking after costumer.i do appreciate it .

Great for some designer clothes, some items are a little over the internet prices, but the staff are happy to help and they have changing rooms but could do with a clean and update considering the price of the clothes,

The staff at the cosmetic counters are quite rude and unfriendly ie clarins and I will now refuse to buy from them anymore. Yet the the staff working for Pearson are the complete opposite. They are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The store is tidy, clean and have products ranging from shoes, clothes, bags, electrical, bedding and cosmetics etc. I do find it difficult to find clothes in smaller sizes though. There are also lots of designer brands both for young and old and changing rooms on each floor and also one 1 cafes and 1 restaurant, i would recommend the cafe one for a more relax feel. I would recommend this store.
