Pearl Street Grill & Brewery

Ate here today as we were visiting from Canada. We ordered chicken fingers, a burger, fried chicken meal and cocktail totalling $67 and change. The waitress came to our table and asked us how is the food etc which is standard in most places. She came back 5 mins later and asked us if we were done with the food even though we were still eating. She came back 3 more times in a space of 15 mins which we found to be really odd. At the end of our meal we paid cash and she asked us if we wanted our change which again was very shocking. Management needs to do a better job at training their staff.

We came to your restaurant today, February 11. I have eaten here countless times over the years. Today was the most disappointing dining experience I have ever experienced. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and were one of the only tables in the restaurant. We did not receive one of our appetizers to start out. When entrees were served, my friend and myself both ordered fish dishes. Everyone else got their food and we did not receive ours until everyone else at our table was almost done eating. One the fish dishes finally arrived, they were disgusting. They were both so salty, we could not eat them. On top of that, one person in our party ordered a burger and there was a big, hard unknown object in his burger that he almost choked on. We were all grossed out. While they comped the burger, the fish dishes only had $5 taken off of each. The service was awful, as was the food. I will never go back

Really dissapointed after driving a hlf an hr into the city to get there, it was 840pm, they say the kitchen is open till 10....and when we get there they told us the kitchen was closed. Probly wont come back. Huge inconvenience.

Restaurant more than a Brewery, crowd is 30+, dress code is business casual Pro: fair drinks pricing and legit good food. Con: Downtown parking, snobby about beer options & not open late.

Grace was a great server

As a wedding vendor in the industry going into my 15th season, I have been to mostly all venues in the WNY area. Pearl Street Catering never disappoints when it comes to good food, picturesque atmosphere, accommodating and organized staff. The coffee bar is one of my favorites!!
