Pavilion Bar and Grill

The staff all seemed bored and were hovering around even though there were tables to clear and clean. They managed to mess up an order with 3 drinks and a dessert. They even seemed pissed off when I asked for a clean glass, as if anything was too much bother for them. Generally bad service and dirty restaurant

It serves its purpose. The view and how it sits in the gardens are stunning. The service is friendly but it’s basically self service, so a glorified McDonalds. Food is alright. We had the fish and chips.

Very bad service, the stuff was inefficient,very expensive food and drink.17£ one burger(something like a meatball between 2 slices of bread )no veggies at all,5 chips and that’s all.6.30£ one small beer,8£ a sweet potato hummus .if you want to visit Kew I will highly recommend to take a sandwich from anywhere else(home,costa etc)

Nun ja, es ist ein schöner Ort, speziell im Aussenbereich gibt es einiges an Natur zu erleben und auch die Architektur des Gebäudes ist ganz nett. Leider ist der Cappuccino teuer und geschmacklich nur Durchschnitt, die heisse Schokolade sehr wässrig. Dass aber alle drei Toiletten ausser Betrieb sind, geht einfach gar nicht.

Awful experience, staff taking the order had no idea what was going on, half the menu wasn't available. We ended up with a cheese burger and a handful of fried and a chicken salad, both of which were very disappointing.

QR code does not work, so had to wait in line for half an hour to place an order. Then waited for over an hour for very basic, overpriced food. I don’t understand how it can take over an hour to serve a couple of burgers, very poor experience. Shame because the restaurant is in a lovely location, but the food and service really lets the place down.

How is it that the Pavilion Bar and Grill continues to disappoint. Today no overpriced food and only one beer available..

Food took an hour wait, I would like to see this place demolished
